Family Journal Update 11/04/2012

Things have been a whirlwind at our house.

We just finished soccer. Sarah played in the LYSA league at Masterson Station. She played for Fusion. I was the assistant coach for the team. They had a really good season and grew a lot as a team. Jacob played in the GSCYSA league for the Cosmos. Georgetown seemed to be on a higher level. Jacob had a great time and made some new friends. Joshua played his first season of soccer in the U6 league for the yellow team. He had a blast running around and learning to play.

Jacob just started playing basketball. He is playing for the Celtics. He's number 4. This is the second time he's played for a basketball team. He listens to the coach and makes all the hustle plays. He works hard on defense and works to get every rebound. Coach Brian gives out a basketball after each game to the player that worked hardest and got the most rebounds and steals, Jacob was awarded the first game ball.

Joshua has been growing leaps and bounds. He's enjoying Kindergarten and after his parent teacher conference is excelling in all areas. He is a wonderful brother to Joseph and is always talking and playing with him.

Annabelle continue to grow. She can be quite challenging to parent at times, but also can melt your heart in a second with her smile and cute way of saying "thank you." We are currently stressing the need to say please, instead of screaming and melting down until she gets what she wants. She is a dancing queen. We had a Halloween party and invited each of the kids classes and friends from Church. Annabelle danced to the music during the whole party... It was awesome!

Joseph is almost 8 months old. He recently started transitioning from his army crawl to crawling on his hands and knees. He is such a joy to our family. He constantly smiles and loves on all of us. It is wonderful to see how the other children interact with him.

We hope to begin to keep our family journal weekly.
